NOTES SEPTEMBER 2006 Back to the archives. 9-28-06 Yesterday, I painted the back of the porch.. couldn't take that chelsea blue anymore. Now it is Jamestown Red, with Cape Gray stain trim. Here's how it came out. 9-17-06 It's a fan-tab-ulous weekend up here on the hill, weather-wise. Yesterday, I got "mums fever" and purchased three (more) mums with part of the money redeemed from empty bottles and cans (of which, you can imagine, we had many!) and planted them up front. Don had a 2-hour away gig at night, but still managed to get a ton done during the day.. Fix a broken toilet handle.. purchase a new chain for the chain saw.. finish up more webbing (as we like to call his work).. I don't want to give away too much, but stay tuned for another major overhaul with this web site.. We are switching providers and they supposedly offer more junk.. I do feel very schized out with all these different places on the web I have.. Between this site, Flickr for photos, myspace, photobucket, eblogger.. eesh. I feel like I've tried them all. One more year 'till you turn FORTY! OLD. August has always been a laid-back month for my web site. So, with the new month comes more frequent updates. I think. Also, a very Happy Be-lated Birthday to my "brother-in-love", Terry Reed, who turned 29 again, amazing.
