NOTES OCTOBER 2007 Back to the archives. 10-23-07 We've had another short stretch of unusually warm temps and clear sky, but this is soon about to change. Rain coming tonight for tomorrow... how will this effect the big game wednesday night? 10-11-07 After that last week-long stretch of summer-like weather, we have no reason to complain about this week's stretch of wet, over-cast skies. But, we do anyway. Though the cooler air did give us an excuse to have a first fire in the fireplace Monday night. 10-7-07 Well, we went over to the "fair-uh" yesterday, Don & Dad & I, and we ate lots of fried foods and got real tired walking around in the crowds. It was a super nice day, and the last saturday, so it was packed to the gills! Everyone was eating eating eating, all that bad bad bad food... Don & I had a hot dog and some fried shrimp, and later a fried dough. Dad had a cup of seafood chowder and some fried shrimp and a chocolate eclaire.. Believe it or not, on the way home we stopped for chinese food to bring back for mom. Don & I are heading back over there in a little while, as he's going to play a few sets with his band!
