NOTES APRIL 2007
Back to the archives.

4-25-07 We had some excitement up on the hill yesterday, which I missed because I was at work, but Don kindly took some photos so we could see. Dad has contracted the QTeam to come up and cut a bunch of giant, looming trees around his house.. something he's wanted to do for a long time now. While he was at it, he kindly paid for the removal of the giant Poplar tree that was plunked down right in front of our house. What a change to have it gone!

4-24-07 Finally!! After last Monday's big storm, with it's snow and rain and massive wind, this weekend was excellent, witih temps reaching the 70's... yesterday it reached 80 degrees, which was unbelievable. The snow is nearly gone up here on the hill. Of course, our basment has flooded a bit, but that's ok.

At last!

Don on his way to Stratten, Maine for a gig on Saturday.

Nat and Gary, after coming back from Sunday River, watch the Red Sox sweep the Yanks.

Some of the funny things at the shop yesterday.

Looking out at the street from inside the shop.

4-14-07 More bad weather on the way.

4-12-07 I took the "TALK" board down today, because I was tired of the gross and stupid spam comments. They were getting out of control. Nobody was using it anyway.

4-10-07 It's still cold, unseasonably, and yes, we hate it. More snow is coming on Thursday. This hurts.

Last week at the store. Note the crowds.

"OLD" friends, goofin' off in the basement last weekend.

Digesting after a terrific Easter Sunday dinner at Mum & Dads. Pic by Nick.

Crick poses with Dad while he cuts the cake.

Nye rehearses his bass part for a recording we made. (I just engineered, he performed all the parts.)
LISTEN and LISTEN.

Well, almost time for American Idol! How about the Sanjaya, huh? *** MY PICK: JORDIN SPARKS!

4-5-07 WHAT THE HELL!!??

How am I suppossed to go to work today?

At least some creatures don't mind the snow.

4-4-07 After a beautiful weekend of hopeful, sunny temps, where I snapped these pics.....

.....this morning, we have THIS.

Very depressing. More snow! Just when we thought it was all over. Like Zdad always says, you gotta be tough to live in Maine.. And I'm not.
